Insurances accepted: Regence

Please note that my hourly fee is $195 for therapy.

I am an in network provider for Regence. I am an out of network provider for all other insurances companies  which means I do not take insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, I will help provide documentation to you to bill your insurance. Depending on your plan - you might be eligible for a partial refund. I am happy to explain this process to you in more detail.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS

Flat Rate: $3,000

• Testing begins with a one-hour intake appointment for parents only ($300).

• The remainder of the cost ($2,700) is for the rest of the evaluation process. Evaluations typically require between 9-13 hours of time spent administering and scoring the testing, reviewing records, interpreting the results of testing, and report writing. Also includes a final feedback session with the parent(s) to discuss the results.

• I will require half of the fee, as a deposit, after our intake appointment. The remaining half of the fee will be due after the testing is complete. 

IQ TESTING

Flat Rate: $700

For IQ testing, which is usually performed if your child is applying to gifted/private schools in the area. This fee includes about 90 minutes to 2 hours of testing with the child and brief summary/write-up of the results.
