Insurances accepted: Regence and Premera

Please note that my hourly fee is $195 for therapy.

I am an in network provider for Regence and Premera. I am an out of network provider for all other insurances companies  which means I do not take insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, I will help provide documentation to you to bill your insurance. Depending on your plan - you might be eligible for a partial refund. I am happy to explain this process to you in more detail.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS

Please note they usually involve 10-15 hours of administration, scoring, reviewing records, interpreting the results of testing, and report writing. Also includes a final feedback session with the parent(s) to discuss the results.
